Who Am I?

As a licensed massage therapist I enjoy helping clients relieve pain and discomfort and have been told I have a calming influence. I take a personal interest in the well being of those I work with; therefore I may ask what caused, contributes, or intensifies your pain or discomfort. With this information, I customize a therapeutic treatment plan tailored to your individual preference. Whether targeting site-specific issues or general relaxation, deep tissue to gentle pressure, my massages soothe.

Services

Therapeutic Massage

Uses carefully applied pressure and assisted stretching, enhances the feeling of well-being.

Cupping

A suction device creates a vacuum within the cups when applied to the body, which helps to break up muscular tension and scar tissue.

Foot Reflexology

Based on the traditional Chinese Medicine belief that areas on the feet correspond to zones throughout the body, pressure is applied to the feet to balance the body's energy. A wonderful treatment for those who spend their work day standing or walking.

Deep Tissue Massage

As muscles are layered deep to superficial beneath our skin, at times we need to work through those layers in order to release adhesions in connective tissue. Release tension, reduce pain and improve range of motion.

Lymphatic Massage

Improve lymph flow

A gentle, soothing technique used to boost immune function for those recovering from surgery, experiencing edema or traveling often.

Face Massage

Reduce stress lines and restore that relaxed smile.

Refreshing and relaxing epsom salt foot soak with aromatherapy upon request followed by a soothing, rebalancing, foot reflexology treatment
